Terms of Service

Last updated 6 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Syncrone, including Syncrone Notetaker and Syncrone PM (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf.

1. The Service

Syncrone provides a meeting note-taker that records, transcribes and summarises meetings you ask it to join, and a project management application for organising projects, tasks and documents. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

You are responsible for complying with recording-consent and privacy laws in your jurisdiction when you use Syncrone Notetaker.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the meetings, transcripts, documents and other content you create or upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that content in order to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the content you record and store.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Google. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and your Google data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance or suspend the Service where necessary to protect it.

7. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Syncrone is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time; we will update the “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Contact us at info@syncronix.io.
